"Closing Agents" of Burbank was amazing. I was able to short sale my home with ease. I will have my credit spared by going this route. They facilitated the transaction and addressed everything in a timely manner.  For sure a recommended Real Estate-Escrow staff ! Chris - So.Cal.

My father had passed away and our probate Attorney recommended Closing Agents, he said “You’ll like this people” and he was right. Their Escrow Department handled the escrow and everything closed in a timely manner, we were so pleased with their services, we used them again when we purchased our 60 unit apartment building. Everything was done through e-mail and they kept us informed. We give them an A+.

When we buy or sell properties,  my partners and I  direct our  Realtors to use this Escrow Company,  Judy Sender  and her team have been nothing but excellent,   they are experienced,  trustworthy, organized, caring and friendly ( the perfect formula  for a successful closing).   As builder/developers we often need title corrections, title transfer documents, recording and/or  Notary services, it's nice to know that all it takes is a phone call or e-mail and it's DONE!,  Judy is never too busy to be helpful,  I  highly recommend their VERY RELIABLE  services!
